Chelsea striker insists that he is just concentrating on getting three points on his return to Newcastle United.

Chelsea striker Demba Ba has insisted that his return to Newcastle United is "just another game".

The Senegal international moved to the London side in January after 18 months at the Magpies.

The 27-year-old is expected to get a mixed reaction from the fans at St James' Park tomorrow, though he has insisted that he is simply concentrating on coming away with three points.

Speaking to The Mirror, Ba said: "Newcastle is going to be a big game for me but I won't let the occasion go overboard.

"Whenever you join a club you look at the schedule to see when you can play the team you left. So I knew straight away it would be coming fast for me to go back to St James' Park.

"But that's not the most important thing. At the end of the day, it's only another game, three points, nothing more than that."

Ba has scored three in four starts for Chlesea since his move.
