AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri was pleased with his team's performance against Chelsea in a pre-season friendly on Saturday.
The Rossoneri defeated Roberto Di Matteo's side 1-0 in Miami, thanks to a goal from Urby Emanuelson.
"It was a good test and the lads played well," the Italian told Milan Channel. "We were very organised in defence and also created plenty of chances in attack.
"It was good to end the game without injuries, so we can say that we're working fairly well towards the start of the season.
"In the first half we went very close to a goal, at times making the wrong decision in the final pass. We didn't run many risks other than from set plays, so I'm satisfied."
Milan's next pre-season friendly is against Cruzeiro on August 4.
