Antonio Conte has overseen his first Premier League win as Chelsea manager thanks to a late strike from Diego Costa, which sealed a 2-1 victory over West Ham United at Stamford Bridge this evening.

Eden Hazard netted from the penalty spot following a dominant display, but James Collins brought the Hammers back into the game with a 77th-minute strike.

The Blues continued to hunt for a winner and it came from Costa, who slotted home with one minute of normal time remaining.
