Liverpool attacker Diogo Jota is battling to be fit for Sunday's EFL Cup final with Chelsea at Wembley.
The Portugal international - whose goals sunk Arsenal in the semi-finals - damaged his ankle in the Champions League against Inter Milan last week but may be considered for a place in the squad here after making positive progress in training.
However, Jota will likely only be selected for the substitutes' bench, and there is less optimism over the fitness of Roberto Firmino, who is still struggling with a muscular problem.
Jurgen Klopp has already confirmed one of his selections for the cup final, as Caoimhin Kelleher prepares to start in goal over first-choice shot-stopper Alisson Becker.
There should be no surprises in the rest of the backline, though, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson all holding their places.
Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara are also sure-fire starters in midfield, where Jordan Henderson should displace Curtis Jones after only appearing off the bench in the 6-0 thumping of Leeds United.
Even if Jota is miraculously in contention to start the contest, he will have a hard time displacing Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane or Luis Diaz, the latter of whom has made a very positive impression since arriving from Porto.
Liverpool possible starting lineup: Kelleher; Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson; Henderson, Fabinho, Thiago; Salah, Mane, Diaz
