A report claims that Eden Hazard is expected to make an instant return to action for Chelsea this weekend, despite hobbling off in Belgium's win over Estonia.

The injury which forced Chelsea ace Eden Hazard off the field early in Belgium's meeting with Estonia will reportedly not keep him on the sidelines for a prolonged spell of time.

The 25-year-old damaged his calf in the second half of the 8-1 World Cup qualifying victory in Brussels on Sunday, leading to fears that he could miss a string of games for the Blues.

That does not appear to be the case, however, as The Sun claims that the 2014-15 PFA Player of the Year will return to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday where he is expected to be given the green light to resume training.

A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "Eden was spotted after the game smiling and joking around.

"He was taking loads of selfies with his mates and guests and didn't seem at all concerned about his injury. If it was bad then we don't think he would be so happy. He'd be off having treatment at the very least."

Hazard has hit a hot streak of form in recent weeks, scoring eight goals in his last eight games and playing a vital role in Chelsea's upturn in fortunes since their switch to a 3-4-3 formation under Antonio Conte.
