How Chelsea could line up against West Ham United

Ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash between West Ham United and Chelsea, Sports Mole looks at how the Blues could line up at the London Stadium.

Chelsea head into Sunday's Premier League clash with West Ham United looking to record their sixth successive victory in this season's top flight.

Maurizio Sarri only arrived at Stamford Bridge during the middle of July, but the Italian has already established a winning mentality with his new team.

The Blues currently sit at the top of the standings having prevailed against Huddersfield Town, Arsenal, Newcastle United, Bournemouth and Cardiff City.

However, Sarri has a number of selection dilemmas this weekend, and here Sports Mole looks at how his side could line up in East London.

Possible CHE XI vs. WHU

Out: Marco van Ginkel (knee)
Doubtful: Pedro (shoulder), Mateo Kovacic (thigh), Emerson Palmieri (illness)

Sarri will hand recalls to both David Luiz and Eden Hazard after the pair were rested for the Europa League victory over PAOK on Thursday night.

Cesar Azpilicueta and Olivier Giroud are also expected to return at right-back and forward respectively, but injury doubts remain over Mateo Kovacic and Pedro.

Kovacic missed the trip to Greece with a minor thigh injury, while Pedro sustained a shoulder problem during added-on time at the Toumba Stadium.

Cesc Fabregas and Ross Barkley are vying to feature in midfield should Kovacic fail to recover, but Pedro will likely drop out regardless of his recovery from injury.
