Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho: 'I'm going to make changes'

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho vows to make changes to his team for the Champions League game against Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Jose Mourinho has confirmed that he will make some alterations to his Chelsea starting lineup for tomorrow's Champions League group clash against Maccabi Tel Aviv.

The Blues have made a slow start to the defence of their Premier League title, with three defeats having been suffered in five outings.

With that in mind, Mourinho revealed that changes will be made for the visit of the Israelis in a bid to arrest his side's recent negative form.

"I'm going to make a couple of changes to try a different dynamic and give a chance to players who aren't playing," he told reporters.

Chelsea are unbeaten in their previous two outings against opposition from Israel.
