Roberto Di Matteo claims that the Chelsea supporters deserve to win the Champions League.

Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo has said that the club and the supporters deserve to win the Champions League.

The Blues, who also reached the final in 2008, came from behind against both Napoli and Barcelona to return to the biggest game in European football this season. Meanwhile, Di Mattio insists that his side can go the distance.

"Can we win it? Yes," he told reporters.

"I don't know what the future will hold but we can win it and we have to have the confidence and belief to do so.

"The whole club, and the supporters, would deserve it."

Di Matteo took over at Chelsea after Andre Villas-Boas's dismissal earlier this season.
