Celtic complete Nir Biton deal

Scottish Premiership side Celtic have completed the signing of Israeli midfielder Nir Biton from FC Ashdod on a four-year deal.

Celtic announced on Wednesday they they had agreed terms with Ashdod, and have revealed on their website that the deal is now complete.

"Celtic are delighted to announce that Nir Biton has signed for the club on a four-year deal," a statement from the club read.

Biton, who has previously had trials at Manchester City, impressed for Israel at the recent Under-21 European Championships.
