Celtic have agreed a deal to sign FC Ashdod midfielder Nir Biton.
The 21-year-old Israeli international is expected to join the Scottish champions following a medical and work permit hearing.
He will watch the Hoops at Parkhead tonight in the second leg of their Champions League playoff against Shakhtyor Karagandy.
Biton had two trials with Manchester City back last summer, but he was not offered a permanent deal by the Premier League club.
