Former Cardiff boss May dies

Former Cardiff City manager Eddie May has died in his sleep at the age of 68.

May cemented his place in Bluebirds folklore when he guided the side to the Division Three title and Welsh Cup double in 1993.

He also had management spells in England and South Africa.

May, who started his playing career at Dagenham in 1965, made over 300 appearances for Wrexham before two years with Cardiff's rivals Swansea City.
