Tom Heaton has indicated that he is happy to commit himself to Burnley despite their relegation from the Premier League.
The goalkeeper has been one of Burnley's standout players in a campaign that has seen them condemned to the Championship with still two games to play.
Reports have claimed that Newcastle United will offer the 29-year-old the chance to stay in the top flight next season, but Heaton has suggested that he is keen to stay at Turf Moor.
"It's been fantastic in the Premier League but I've had a fantastic time at Burnley this season and last," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"I've got two years left here and I'm thoroughly enjoying it, so the focus is 100% on Burnley."
Heaton, who joined the Clarets from Bristol City on a free transfer in May 2013, has played every minute of their Premier League campaign to date.
