Sean Dyche backs Burnley to rise up against Liverpool

Burnley boss Sean Dyche challenges his team to produce their best form against Liverpool.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche has described tomorrow night's game away at Liverpool as "a great challenge".

The Reds are the Premier League's most in-form team, and they are the heavy favourites to beat Burnley, who have picked up just two points from their last six games.

However, Dyche has backed his players to rise to the occasion and prove the doubters wrong.

He told reporters: "We have great growth in our side, I'm convinced of that, with the way the players have moved forwards since the beginning of the season when we were heavily questioned and this is another great challenge.

"This is the challenge we wanted, we grasp it and we want to run with it, take it on, deliver performances and win games. The focus is quite clear from me and my group."

Burnley sit 18th in the league table.
