Half-Time Report: Burnley, Brighton & Hove Albion goalless

Third-place Burnley are being held to a goalless draw at half time by Brighton & Hove Albion in the Championship.

After a slow start to the game, Michael Kightly's strike following a corner kick came back off the post, with Dean Marney's rebound hitting a Brighton defender and going to safety.

Kazenga LuaLua come close to making the breakthrough for his side, but Tom Heaton came rushing out of goal to prevent the striker from putting his side ahead.

David Rodriguez's long-range shot deflected narrowly over the bar for a corner kick, as neither side were able to truly create any real opportunities in the first 45 minutes.
