Struggling pair Bristol City and Nottingham Forest played out a goalless draw at Ashton Gate this afternoon.
The first half saw little action, with Marcus Tudgay forcing a good save out of former England stopper David James, while Nicky Maynard wasted the Robins' best chance.
The second half was more lively but neither side was able to make the breakthrough.
Steve Cotterill's Forest have now failed to score in five consecutive games.
The pair remain locked on 21 points in 21st and 22nd, with Bristol ahead on goal difference.
