Bristol City go into their match with Bolton Wanderers knowing that only three points will do if they are to stand a chance of avoiding relegation.

The Robins have been cut adrift at the bottom of the Championship table, requiring at least another eight points to move out of the dropzone.

Manager Sean O'Driscoll could decide to make alterations to his side, with midfielder Neil Kilkenny in line for a recall.

Bolton boss Dougie Freedman has witnessed his team produce something of a resurgence to introduce themselves into the playoff picture.

Wanderers have spent the majority of the season in the bottom half of the table, but seven victories in their last nine games has seen them move to within two points of a top-six place.

Barring any late fitness issues, Freedman is likely to retain the same team that comfortably beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 last weekend.
