Bournemouth predicted XI vs. Brighton & Hove Albion: Possible starting lineup as Andoni Iraola looks for Illia Zabarnyi replacement

Who replaces Zabarnyi? How Bournemouth could line up against Brighton on Tuesday

Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola faces a headache ahead of his side's Premier League match against Brighton & Hove Albion away from home on Tuesday, with absences piling up in defence.

The Cherries were beaten 1-0 by Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, but given centre-back Illia Zabarnyi was sent off, Iraola may have to replace him with midfielder Lewis Cook.

Centre-back Marcos Senesi would ordinarily have been in contention to start, but he is set to be sidelined with a muscle injury until the middle of March.

The visitors will at least be able to call upon 19-year-old Dean Huijsen in the heart of defence, but full-backs Adam Smith and Julian Araujo are also unavailable.

It would not be surprising to see James Hill and Milos Kerkez flank Cook and Huijsen on the right and left of a back four respectively.

Given Cook may be moved into defence from midfield, Ryan Christie may be joined in a double pivot by Tyler Adams.

Striker Enes Unal will not return to the pitch this season as a result of a cruciate ligament injury, so expect Dango Ouattara to play ahead of forwards Marcus Tavernier, Justin Kluivert and Antoine Semenyo.

Bournemouth possible starting lineup: Arrizabalaga; Hill, Cook, Huijsen, Kerkez; Adams, Christie; Tavernier, Kluivert, Semenyo; Ouattara
