Leicester lineup vs. Brighton: Predicted XI for Premier League clash

Buonanotte blow, Monga decision: Predicted Leicester lineup vs. Brighton

Leicester City will have to cope without Facundo Buonanotte in Saturday's Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium.

Buonanotte is on loan from Brighton and is therefore ineligible to face his parent club. Abdul Fatawu is also out as he continues to recover from a long-term knee problem, while Wout Faes is doubtful with a "small injury".

Harry Winks missed Leicester's 3-0 home defeat to Newcastle United on Monday and has been banished from the Foxes squad by Ruud van Nistelrooy for refusing to compromise on his 100-mile daily commute to training. The midfielder is therefore unlikely to feature in Saturday's game.

Van Nistelrooy is unlikely to make too many changes to his starting lineup, but he could recall Caleb Okoli at the expense of Faes at centre-back. Jannik Vestergaard, meanwhile, has been left out of the last four matchday squads and his availability remains unknown.

After recovering from a long-term hamstring issue and featuring as a substitute in the last two matches, Ricardo Pereira will be pushing to start at right wing-back, although James Justin will likely get the nod as Victor Kristiansen continues on the left.

Wilfred Ndidi and Boubakary Soumare are expected to continue in centre-midfield, while Patson Daka and Bilal El Khannouss could once again provide support in attack for Jamie Vardy.

However, Stephy Mavididi, Bobby De Cordova-Reid and Jordan Ayew will all be pushing for a recall in attack, while 15-year-old Jeremy Monga is another player who could feature either from the start or as a substitute after making his senior debut and becoming the second-youngest Premier League player in history against Newcastle.

Leicester City possible starting lineup: Hermansen; Okoli, Coady, Thomas; Justin, Ndidi, Soumare, Kristiansen; El Khannouss, Ayew; Vardy
