Former Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Vicente has described suspended manager Gus Poyet as "selfish" and "egocentric".
Poyet and two of his coaches were sanctioned by officials at the Championship club earlier this week following alleged breaches of contract.
Vicente, who was released by the Seagulls on Thursday, has now claimed that the Uruguayan is the "worst person" that he has encountered in football.
"He is the worst person I've come across in football," the Spaniard is quoted as saying by the Brighton Argus. "For me he is a selfish person, very egocentric. I say that because it's how I feel.
"I've seen things here that I have never seen in my career. If you miss with a shot in training, he makes fun. For me, that is unacceptable in football."
Brighton were knocked out of the Championship playoffs at the semi-final stage on Monday with a 2-0 defeat at home to Crystal Palace.
