Brentford confirm Liam Moore loan signing

Brentford have completed the loan signing of Leicester City centre-back Liam Moore.

The England Under-21 defender will stay at Griffin Park, where he played seven matches for the club during a loan spell in 2013, until the end of the season.

"Liam is well known to us after his loan two years ago," Brentford manager Mark Warburton told the club's official website.

"We were very aware that we were exposed to injury and lack of cover in the central defensive position.

"Liam will be a welcome addition and adds real competition for places as we enter the final stretch of what has been a good season so far."

Moore started in Brentford's 1-0 defeat to Birmingham City on Saturday.
