Chuba Akpom completes Brentford loan move

Brentford manager Mark Warburton believes that Chuba Akpom will make a "valuable contribution" during his loan spell with the club.

Akpom has joined the League One outfit on a one-month loan spell from Arsenal, and Warburton has insisted that the 18-year-old has the ability to make an impact at the Bees.

The 51-year-old told the club's official website: "He is a strong, quick player with an excellent touch and good vision.

"I am sure that he will make a valuable contribution to the squad."

Akpom has previously made two appearances for the Arsenal first team.
