How Brazil could line up against Senegal

Ramon Menezes recorded his first win as interim head coach of Brazil against Guinea last time out and now welcomes the challenge of reigning African champions Senegal on Tuesday.

The Real Madrid trio of Rodrygo, Eder Militao and Vinicius Junior were on target as they fired the Selecao to an emphatic 4-1 victory over Guinea at the RCDE Stadium on Saturday.

Joelinton had a debut to remember as he opened the scoring after just 27 minutes and the Newcastle United man could be rewarded with another start at the centre of the park.

Casemiro should wear the armband once again, meaning that Bruno Guimaraes, Raphael Veiga, Andre and Lucas Paqueta will all be competing for the final spot in midfield.

In attack, Vinicius has started each of Brazil's last four games since their 1-0 loss to Cameroon in the World Cup group stages and the Real Madrid star should lead the attack once again.

Having missed March's game against Morocco, Richarlison returned to the fold on Saturday and could be given the nod down the middle, with Rodrygo starting from the right.

With Menezes overlooking Emerson Royal and Andrey Santos in the latest squad call-up, Monaco right-back Vanderson will push for his debut, while the experienced Militao and Marquinhos should form the centre-back pairing once again.

Ederson started in goal on Saturday, just one week after his Champions League success with Manchester City, but the 29-year-old could be rested on Tuesday, with Weverton and Liverpool's Alisson Becker competing to start between the sticks.

Brazil possible starting lineup: Alisson; Vanderson, Militao, Marquinhos, Lucas; Casemiro, Joelinton, Paqueta; Rodrigo, Richarlison, Vinicius
