The Football Association has charged Bradford City and Millwall for failing to control their players during a recent FA Cup tie between the teams.
Bradford boss Phil Parkinson and assistant Steve Parkin have also been charged with improper conduct following the third-round replay at Valley Parade on January 14.
Parkinson and Parkin were sent to the stands by the referee on 28 minutes due to their protests over a foul.
All parties have until 6pm on Wednesday to respond to the charges.
The match itself saw Bradford hammer 10-man Millwall 4-0 to book their place in the last four of the competition.
