Matt Ritchie named League One Player of the Year

Ritchie wins League One honour

Bournemouth winger Matt Ritchie has been named the League One Player of the Year at the Football League Awards.

The 23-year-old saw off Coventry City's Leon Clarke and Notts County's Alan Judge to claim the honour.

Ritchie scored 11 goals for Swindon Town at the start of the season before a January move to the Cherries.

He has since found the net once in 11 games for his new club.
