Marco Reus: 'We have started well'

Marco Reus is pleased with Borussia Dortmund's start to the new season.

Borussia Dortmund attacking midfielder Marco Reus has admitted that he is pleased with his side's start to the Bundesliga season.

Jurgen Klopp's side have enjoyed their best start to a Bundesliga season and moved temporarily top of the table with a 6-1 win over Stuttgart on Friday night.

"We have played very well in the first third of the season," Bundesliga.com quotes Reus as saying. "Apart from the draw at Nuremberg and the defeat in Gladbach, we've been very consistent.

"It was very disappointing that we didn't get any points from those two games, but we go into every game extremely focused. We're fresh and we're enjoying our football - that's an important factor for us. You can see that on the pitch."

Dortmund have 28 points from their first 11 games.
