Jurgen Klopp plays down Liverpool, Manchester City speculation

Klopp plays down Premier League interest

Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has played down speculation linking him with a move to a Premier League club this summer.

The 47-year-old has announced that he will be leaving Dortmund at the end of the season, prompting mass rumours surrounding his long-term future.

Liverpool and Manchester City have been touted as destinations as Brendan Rodgers and Manuel Pellegrini continue to struggle, while Arsenal have also been mentioned.

However, Klopp has stressed that he is not thinking about a move to England, insisting that he is firmly focused on Die Borussen's end to a trying campaign.

"I'm not interested in what the Premier League thinks of me," he told reporters. "I'm just looking forward to the rest of our season."

Klopp won three major trophies during his seven-year spell at Signal Iduna Park.
