Jermaine Beckford has admitted his relief at his move to Bolton Wanderers from Leicester City.
The 29-year-old striker recently joined the Trotters on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
"Of course it is very frustrating that it took so long to sort everything out," Beckford told BBC Sport.
"It was a bit up in the air but I just tried not to let it all trouble me. Coming here was a no brainer."
Beckford spent the majority of last season on loan at Huddersfield Town.
