Premier League players have been wearing T-shirts in support of Fabrice Muamba ahead of tonight's matches.
The Bolton Wanderers midfielder is in a serious condition after he suffered a cardiac arrest against Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.
However, the 23-year-old is thought to be improving every day as he communicates with medical staff at London's Chest Hospital.
Players have been sporting the shirts which bear the message 'Get well soon Mumba'.
