Owen Coyle believes that Bolton Wanderers can return immediately to the Premier League.

Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has said that his side can win promotion straight back to the Premier League, having kept together much of the squad.

Bolton have lost only Nigel Reo-Coker from the regular starting lineup after the midfielder decided to cancel his contract in May.

"I'm always reluctant to look back but [with results in] the last 11 games we played in the league we'd have been sitting eighth and we [still] have that group of players," Coyle said.

"From the squad that played those last 11 games and performed to a great degree we can add Lee Chung-Yong, who's now fit, Tyrone Myers is fit [and] Gregg Wylde is available for selection.

"So I think that tells you the strength of squad we have."

Bolton were relegated from the top flight with an 18th-place finish last season.
