Bolton Wanderers have been served with another winding-up order by HM Revenue and Customs.
The Championship club has said that it is aware of the petition, the third it has faced in recent months, and is dealing with the matter, reports Sky Sports News.
The two previous orders were served in May, but were dealt with before the case went to court.
However, a transfer embargo imposed on Bolton by the Football League, preventing the club from paying out transfer fees, remains in place.
Bolton's recent history is marred by monetary uncertainty, with finance director Shaun McHugh recently leaving his post after just four months to become the third head of the department to exit within the last year.
