Belgian midfielder Jonathan Legear makes Blackpool exit

Championship strugglers Blackpool have confirmed that midfielder Jonathan Legear has left the club by mutual consent.

The 23-year-old Belgian joined the Seasiders in October, but he failed to make a first-team appearance during his brief spell at Bloomfield Road.

Blackpool are currently at the bottom of the table, 12 points adrift of safety.

Lee Clark's side are back in action on Saturday when they host Brighton & Hove Albion.
