Emile Heskey rejects Blackpool offer

Emile Heskey has rejected the chance to join Blackpool after being offered £90 per week, according to reports.

The former England international is a free agent after leaving Aston Villa in the close season, but has turned down the Seasiders' offer, according to The Mail.

The 34-year-old has been linked with a host of Championship clubs, including Ipswich Town and Hull City.

Blackpool begin their Championship campaign at home to Morecambe on August 12.
