Preview: Blackpool vs. Derby County

Sports Mole previews Tuesday's meeting between Blackpool and Derby County in the Championship.

Derby County will be eager to end a winless run of three matches on Tuesday when they make the trip to Blackpool in the Championship.

The Rams have suffered two defeats in that time, with their most recent being a 1-0 loss at Middlesbrough on the weekend.

However, Steve McClaren's side remain on course for a place in the playoffs as 11 points separate them from seventh-placed Nottingham Forest.

Blackpool also head into the game having failed to register a victory in their previous three outings.

The Seasiders are currently six points clear of the relegation zone, and a win tomorrow night would see them take a big step towards staying in the league.

Will Hughes is expected to return to the Derby lineup, but Jamie Ward and Simon Dawkins are likely to miss out. Steven Davies is unavailable for Blackpool due to a groin injury.
