Kevin Phillips rethinks retirement plans

Blackpool striker Kevin Phillips has said that he is unsure whether he will retire at the end of next season.

The 38-year-old had announced in May that he would end his playing in the summer of 2013.

"I've had a little re-think since then," explained Phillips. "I'll certainly make a decision around February time."

Phillips scored 16 Championship goals in 38 appearances last season.
