Blackburn Rovers have signed defender Scott Dann from Birmingham City.
The four-year deal is believed to be worth £6m, but could rise to £8m depending on add-ons.
The 24-year-old signed for the Blues from local rivals Coventry City in 2009 for an undisclosed fee.
Dann was part of the Birmingham City side who were relegated from the Premier League last season.
