An organisation of Blackburn Rovers supporters will carry out a 24-hour protest outside Ewood Park after an ending a truce with the club's owners Venky's.
The disgruntled fans originally delayed their protests in a bid to consult the board and air their concerns.
A statement from the fans' group said: "Despite organisers arranging no protest for the last seven matches the club has failed to deliver on the promises and pledges they made.
"This protest will be aimed at Venky's, the legal owners of Blackburn Rovers football club."
A protest march is also expected to be held before Rovers' Premier League home fixture against Fulham on Saturday.
