New signing Shane Lowry must wait to make his Birmingham City debut after he was left out of the squad to face Bristol City.

Stephen Gleeson has recovered from an ankle injury sustained against MK Dons a fortnight ago and starts the Championship clash at St Andrew's.

Blues boss Gary Rowett has opted to retain youngster Demarai Gray in attack, alongside Clayton Donaldson.

Meanwhile, the Robins have midfielder Luke Freeman back after serving a two-match suspension.
