Besiktas have had their appeal to play in next season's Europa League rejected by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
It was announced in May that the Turkish club would be excluded from their next two UEFA competitions due to financial offences, but a successful appeal by Bursaspor encouraged them to appeal the decision.
However, after a hearing in Lausanne, it has been confirmed that they were unsuccessful with their appeal.
An official CAS statement read: "Besiktas are excluded from the next two UEFA club competitions for which it qualifies in the next five seasons."
Besiktas have been replaced by Eskisehirspor, who will face St Johnstone in the second qualifying round.
