Anderson Talisca: 'I'm not leaving Benfica'

Brazilian youngster Anderson Talisca insists that he does not want to leave Benfica in January.

Anderson Talisca has insisted that he is not interested in leaving Benfica in the January transfer window.

The 20-year-old joined the Portuguese outfit from Bahia in the summer and his performances have not gone unnoticed with a number of top European clubs.

However, the Brazilian has claimed that Benfica "is the right club" for him to "continue to develop".

"This is the right club for me to continue to develop," he told A Bola.

"Here the football is different to Brazil and a bit of adaptation is needed. I'm getting better every day."

Talisca netted eight goals in his first nine league games for Benfica.
