Bayern Munich make four changes for the trip to Werder Bremen, including former Bremen striker Claudio Pizarro in attack.

Bayern Munich manager Juup Heynckes has decided to make four changes for this afternoon's trip to Werder Bremen.

Arjen Robben is forced out through injury, with Javi Martinez, Xherdan Shaqiri and Mario Mandzukic also missing out.

In comes Claudio Pizarro to play against his former club, alongside Thomas Muller, Toni Kroos and Luis Gustavo.

Bremen start with Nils Petersen in attack, a striker on loan from Bayern, with Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne in support.

Bayern: Neuer, Lahm, Boateng, Dante, Badstuber, Luis Gustavo, Schweinsteiger, Muller, Kroos, Ribery, Pizarro

Werder: Mielitz; Fritz, Prodl, Papastathopoulos, Gebre Selassie; Hunt, De Bruyne, Junuzovic, Elia; Arnautovic, Petersen
