Toni Kroos: 'Pep Guardiola's style so much fun'

Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos believes that Pep Guardiola's possession-heavy style suits his game perfectly.

Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos has said that he is thoroughly enjoying playing for Pep Guardiola at the Allianz Arena.

Kroos has been a consistent feature under coach Guardiola in an advanced midfield role, scoring his first goal of the season in the weekend's 1-1 draw at Bayer Leverkusen.

He told Bild: "Our style of play is a lot of fun. It really suits me that we use a lot of short passes through the middle and then quickly move play to the wings.

"We all feel it when we are in total control on the pitch and dominate play."

Bayern sit top of the Bundesliga with 20 points from a possible 24 so far this season, maintaining an unbeaten record after eight league games.
