Bayern Munich home matches sold out

Bayern Munich supporters have already purchased all the tickets available for their club's 17 home league matches next season.

The statistics have been revealed with six weeks still remaining until the new campaign gets underway.

"I want to thank the fans for this magnificent interest," said the club's chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge. "This shows how attractive and well supported Bayern are."

Season tickets sales have also been stopped at 39,500, with their Allianz Arena ground able to accommodate 69,000 fans.
