Pep Guardiola "proud" of Bayern Munich squad

Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola congratulated his side as they finished their Champions League group stage off with a 3-0 win against CSKA Moscow on Wednesday evening.

The Bundesliga champions topped Group E with 15 points from six games, and Guardiola was delighted with his players' display on the European stage.

He told reporters: "I am proud of the entire squad. We were outstanding and we were better than the opposition in every game."

Elsewhere in the group, Manchester City beat Roma 2-0 to finish second, with the Italians forced to settle for a place in the Europa League.
