Jean-Clair Todibo 'to stay at Barcelona amid AC Milan interest'

Barcelona starlet Jean-Clair Todibo will be staying at the Camp Nou this summer, according to a report.

The French defender has been the subject of interest from a number of clubs, including AC Milan, Ajax and Lille.

According to Le 10 Sport, however, Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde has given the 19-year-old assurances over his game time this season.

Todibo made two appearances for the Blaugrana in the 2018-19 campaign after his January move from Toulouse, starting La Liga matches against Huesca and Celta Vigo.

The young defender was not involved as Barcelona lost 1-0 at Athletic Bilbao in the opening match of their latest title defence on Friday night.
