Barcelona are reportedly willing to listen to offers for eight players this summer as they outline their stance over Frenkie de Jong's future.

Barcelona are reportedly prepared to listen to offers for eight players this summer, including Ronald Araujo, Gavi and Fermin Lopez.

The Catalan giants are on the brink of completing a domestic treble in Hansi Flick's first season as head coach.

Having already clinched the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Super Cup, Barcelona could win the league title in the next couple of days to cap off a successful season.

However, the Blaugrana are not willing to rest on their laurels, with sporting director Deco already drawing up plans for the summer transfer window.

According to Sport, Deco is open to the possibility of signing a full-back, attacking midfielder and a striker ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.

Barcelona open to offloading eight players

Barcelona could also look to recruit a new goalkeeper if Wojciech Szczesny decides against signing a new deal to extend his stay beyond the end of the season.

The Blaugrana will need to sanction departures to facilitate new signings, with the report claiming that they are open to selling eight players who are not guaranteed starters in Flick's side.

Defender Araujo is among those who could be sold, having been linked with a move away in recent transfer windows.

Gavi and Fermin are surprising names that feature on the list of players who could be offloaded, although Barcelona would surely demand a significant fee to part ways with either of the pair.

Forward Ansu Fati could also be moved on this summer, having been restricted to just 11 competitive appearances this season.

Goalkeeper Inaki Pena has been knocked down the pecking order by Szczesny, and is likely to depart even if the Polish shot-stopper leaves this summer.

Hector Fort, Pablo Torre and Pau Victor are also among those who could be sold if suitable offers arrive in the transfer market.

Uncertainty surrounding De Jong's future

Midfielder Frenkie de Jong does not feature on the eight-man list, but there is still uncertainty surrounding his future with the club.

The Netherlands international is set to enter the final 12 months of his contract, and Barcelona will be keen to avoid a scenario where he leaves on a free transfer next summer.

As a result, the Blaugrana will listen to offers this summer if it becomes clear that the two parties cannot reach an agreement over a renewal.

However, there does appear to be hope that they can finalise a new deal to extend his six-year stay with the club.
