Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Villarreal defender Juan Foyth.
The right side of the defence has been an issue for Barcelona boss Xavi, and it is a problem that they hope to resolve in the summer transfer window.
Hector Bellerin left the club on the final day of the January transfer window, joining Sporting Lisbon following an unsuccessful spell with Barcelona.
After arriving from Arsenal on a free transfer last summer, Bellerin was limited to just seven appearances across all competitions this season.
Xavi has utilised the likes of Sergi Roberto, Alejandro Balde, Jules Kounde and Ronald Araujo as right-backs this season.

Kounde and Araujo are more comfortable playing in central defence, while Balde has been predominately used as a left-back, and as a result, the right-back area needs strengthening.
According to Fichajes, Barcelona have identified Foyth as a potential transfer target for the summer transfer window.
The former Tottenham Hotspur defender was linked with a move to Camp Nou last summer, but the two clubs were unable to reach an agreement over a deal.
However, the Catalan giants are now set to reignite their pursuit of the Argentina international, who is under contract until June 2026.
The report claims that Villarreal would be looking to receive a fee in the region of €30m (£27m).

Foyth is aware of the interest from Barcelona, and he is believed to be keen on the idea of completing a move to Xavi's side.
The 25-year-old has been restricted to 12 competitive appearances this season due to injury issues, but he has still contributed with one goal and two assists.
In total, Foyth has played 82 games for Villarreal, chipping in with three goals and five assists and during his time with the club, he has won the Europa League and reached the Champions League semi-finals.
While Villarreal occupy fifth position in the La Liga table, Barcelona are currently leading the way at the top after collecting 50 points from 19 games.
