Barcelona have reportedly placed Liverpool striker Luis Suarez on their transfer wishlist for the summer.

Doubts over the Uruguay international's future at Anfield has been a talking point over the last few months, but it has since intensified following his bite on Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic during a 2-2 draw at Anfield last Sunday.

It is understood by Spanish newspaper AS that despite the controversy surrounding the 26-year-old, Barcelona are keeping tabs on the player's situation on Merseyside, according to The Express.

Suarez received a 10-match ban from the Football Association for the bite on Ivanovic.
