Barcelona closing in on Groningen teenager Ludovit Reis?

Barcelona have allegedly moved to the brink of signing Groningen teenager Ludovit Reis.

The Catalan giants have already agreed a deal for Ajax midfielder Frenkie de Jong, and it has been suggested that Matthijs de Ligt will join his current teammate at Camp Nou.

However, it appears that a third Dutchman will make the switch to the Spanish giants, with Groningen director Hans Nijland claiming that a transfer is close to completion.

Nijland is quoted by Fox Sports as saying: "It is not yet closed, but we are seriously considering Reis going to Barcelona."

Reis - who turns 19 in June - has made a total of 27 appearances in the Eredivisie during the current campaign.
