Preview: Malaga vs. Barcelona

Sports Mole casts its eye forward to Wednesday's La Liga match as top-of-the-table Barcelona travel to Malaga looking to extend their 100% start.

Top-of-the-table Barcelona can extend their 100% start to the La Liga season if they defeat Malaga in Wednesday night's meeting at the Estadio La Rosaleda.

Luis Enrique's side are yet to concede in the league and come off their most convincing victory of the season - a 5-0 drubbing of Levante.

Brazilian winger Neymar picked up an ankle injury after scoring the opening goal and could be forced to miss this clash.

Ivan Rakitic could also have to be withdrawn from the starting lineup after suffering a knock to his left foot.

Malaga, meanwhile, are without a win in three since the opening day. They needed a last-minute equaliser from Duda to earn a point against Levante last time out.

Fernando Tissone, Pablo Perez and Vitorino Antunes could all miss out after training away from the bulk of the squad today.

Barca have won their last four games against Malaga, cruising to a 3-0 victory in their last meeting in January.
