Barcelona midfielder Xavi Hernandez has been ruled out for two weeks with a calf injury.
The Spanish international is thought to have aggravated a season-long problem during Tuesday night's Champions League semi-final defeat to Chelsea.
The 32-year-old is expected to miss Barca's upcoming matches against Rayo Vallecano, Malaga and Espanyol.
The Catalan club are currently seven points behind rivals Real Madrid in the race for the La Liga title.
